George Floyd. Minneapolis. June 2020. In response to the tragic events that happened in Minneapolis this past June, Ovative Group decided to come out with a statement declaring their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion both within and beyond the walls of the Northloop-based Minneapolis agency. To show audiences that the 170+ person agency is committed to being apart of the change.
The Story.
Ovative Group has partnered with the BrandLab in putting diversity and inclusion at the forefront of their business decisions—emphasizing DEI efforts in recruitment, hiring, and internal human resources practices. The events in 2020 made it time for the agency to speak up with their commitment to change.
