“What’s Next?” Short Film: COVID-19

For this project, I put on my filmmaker hat and took to the streets of MPLS. The goal was to showcase the journey of a graduating college senior: from the sidewalks of campus to the streets of downtown to the front doors of an advertising agency, the journey of a graduating senior is one of many ups and downs and exciting changes. Especially given the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, although all the changes are uncertain and the specifics seem unknown, there is only one way to go: and that is up.

The Story.

Graduating college can be a scary and daunting thing to do. Add on the COVID-19 global pandemic, and there is a LOT on our minds. However, using the tools equipped from our technology-ridden years on earth, gen-Z-ers have a unique opportunity to leverage our digital tools to transform the workplace today. Watch my film “What’s Next?” to learn more about how the changing landscape provides a perfect opportunity for graduating seniors to use their skills, their minds, and their ambition as a force for positive change.

My Role

Plan strategic direction of film for appropriate audiences, execute filmmaking, edit content together, and publish digitally.

Sometimes the best way to tell a story, is to tell it.
